Our services.
-
Initial consultation.
We will happily meet with you and discuss your project and how we might work together at no obligation. If it seems like a good fit, we will provide you with a proposal for your desired scope of work and related services.
-
Basic architectural services.
Our Basic Services include design services, programming, assistance through pricing exercises with a qualified contractor, research of building codes and zoning regulations, construction documents, material and product specifications, permitting services, and acting as your agent all the way through construction. Our basic services also include custom cabinetry details, tile, countertop, and hardware selection, and decorative lighting options.
-
Interior design.
We love to take projects to the next level. While our basic services cover almost everything you need for your project, some clients want more. We can offer assistance with selecting furniture, art, window treatments, upholstery, and carpet. We also can help with purchasing and guide installation. We also enjoy working closely with other talented interior designers.
-
Pre design.
Need help looking at properties or land for development? We can help with that process. We will help you envision what is possible and evaluate its potential. But we can also help review local building restrictions, zoning guidelines that might inhibit options, investigate geotechnical issues, and generally help with due diligence.
-
More than just basic.
We are versed in getting the project done from start to finish. Some examples of additional services we offer are design review submissions and hearings, zoning or code appeals, 3D renderings, and sustainable design certifications. Through our consultants we offer MEP engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, and landscape design services.
-
Project type.
Our focus is on single family residential work - including remodeling, additions, new homes, and vacation homes. We also love design-driven commercial work and would love to talk to you about your restaurant, winery, or super cool office space ambitions just to name a few.
